A Technical Support Team Leader is needed by a market-leading FinTech company based in Somerset.
Key responsibilities shall be to lead and guide a technical support team operating in a fast-paced, client-facing IT environment.
We seek first-class communication skills as you'll be expected to provide clear instructions and team leadership abilities. We are also looking for solid commercial experience within a technical support environment - this will be providing 1st and 2nd Line support (and probably 3rd Line).
