Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to work in the fast-paced world of FinTech. We are looking for a Software Development Manager.

Key responsibilities shall be to oversee the running of a growing Software Development team for a market-leading organisation. This includes day-to-day running of the team but also includes resource allocation, recruitment, planning, team's time management and budgets for projects.  

We seek experience of working with financial budgets and reporting performance to Director Level. You must demonstrate experience of handling management issues (appraisals, staff development, dismissals etc...) in combination with experience of the FinTech industry. Above all, you'll need to be an excellent communicator, unflappable under pressure and used to helping a Software team meet tight deadlines.
