Location:  Swansea.
Salary:  £25-30,000 per annum,  negotiable dependent on experience.

We are searching for an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to join a growing team in Swansea.  Our customer's solutions are built using contemporary technologies and highly-organised production techniques,  delivering outstanding solutions for their customers.  Working across a broad range of projects, you will ensure that all projects meet their objectives and deadlines,  that all projects are maintained to the company's high quality standards,  as well as reporting on progress to Management.  Working on a variety of projects,  you will be tasked with ensuring the delivery of projects in line with budgets and timeline.

The successful applicant should enjoy working on cutting-edge projects that are delivered to a wide range of clients,  both here in the UK and also internationally.  Our customer will continue to support the successful applicant in the pursuit of industry-recognised and relevant accreditation's to develop their career further.  As part of this growing organisation,  you will also be jointly responsible for contributing towards the achievement of the company’s strategic and operational targets and overall business aims.

The ideal candidate will have prior commercial experience of Project Management,  with excellent technical and analytical skills.  They should also have exceptional problem-solving and communication skills for customer engagement and stakeholder management.

We anticipate that successful applicant for this exciting new position will have responsibility for the following tasks and activities:
*take ownership and successfully deliver projects.
*deliver projects to scope,  budget and time.
*define project scope,  goals and deliverables with the appropriate parts of the business.
*develop detailed project plans and other required documentation.
*effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear manner.
*create regular status reports for stakeholder and project team information.
*identify and manage issues and risks,  ensuring that they are documented,  tracked and resolved in a timely fashion.
*regular liaison with both internal and external project stakeholders.
*track project milestones and deliverables.
*conduct project retrospective meetings to ensure continual improvement of the project team.

We anticipate that the successful applicant for this opportunity will have the following knowledge and experience:
*ideally over 3 years of commercial Project Management experience.
*experience using Agile or similar methodologies ideally in a software delivery environment.
*experience working with Software Development teams.
*experience with Project Management and Service Management methodologies,  such as Prince and / or ITIL.
*experience of delivering projects to large numbers of end users.

This role also involves an element of travelling to meet clients,  so a driving license would be preferred.
